Jon's practice is highly considered. As in each point and suggestion is well thought out. He practices in a calm and subtle way, he is the opposite of slap dash. He is a very kind and generous individual. When I was suffering from insomnia, his treatment really helped. The surroundings are relaxing and clean. I've seen many TCM Drs and acupuncturists and Jon is one of the best. He is very good at working out the priority for each treatment, and treats that imbalance effectively. I have felt much more relaxed after each treatment with Jon, and I'd recommend him to anybody.

I've suffered from restless leg syndrome for years, with twitching calves disturbing my sleep most nights. It got to the point whereby within about a minute of turning the light out and trying to get to sleep, the twitching would start - one or the other or sometimes both. Every night. I booked to see Jon one Saturday morning. We had a good chat about my condition and he got to work. That night, I had one minor twitch and the following night, none whatsoever! I had a follow up appointment about 10 days later and although I still get restless legs, it isn't every night and is much less severe if I do get it. The situation is SO much better and it isn't affecting my sleep like it used to. My only regret is not trying this months or years ago. I would recommend this treatment to anyone and would recommend Jon without hesitation. His understanding of the problem and the treatment he has given me have been superb, as evidenced by the massive improvement in my condition.
